It starts with reaching out. You can inquire through our website or schedule a tour, and either way we'll confirm your date's availability right away. After that, we'll send a personalized proposal with your pricing and options, and once you're ready, we'll reserve your date and help you plan from there.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Schedule a tour and you'll walk the space with our team, see every room, and talk through your event, your guest count, and your vision in person. It's the best way to picture your event in the mansion.

Spaces & Capacity

The mansion seats up to 240 guests for a whole-building event, with the ballroom and mezzanine together holding the full count. The Mansion Rooms seat up to 50 guests on their own.

The Mansion Rooms are our elegant parlor rooms, seating up to 50 guests, and can be booked on their own for smaller gatherings. The whole-building rental gives you the entire mansion for up to 240 guests, including the ballroom, mezzanine, mansion rooms, VIP suite, and courtyard. The VIP suite and courtyard are available with whole-building rentals. (Weddings are always whole-building rentals.)

Mansion 1886 offers more than 6,800 square feet of event space, including the ballroom, the mezzanine overlooking it, the mansion rooms on the house level, the bridal and VIP suite, and the courtyard. You can explore each one on our venue page.

The courtyard is a charming open-air space framed by historic brick and warm market lights, available with whole-building rentals. It's a welcome spot for a cocktail hour, a reception, or a breath of evening air alongside your indoor celebration.
Food & Drink

You're welcome to choose your own caterer. We just ask that outside caterers be approved by Mansion 1886 ahead of time, and your caterer is welcome to use our on-site prep kitchen, which includes refrigeration, a freezer, water access, and ice. We're also happy to point you to trusted caterers on our preferred vendor list.

Yes. We offer in-house bartending and a range of beverage packages, from a simple non-alcoholic service to full bar options. Bar service is handled in-house, so it's one less vendor for you to manage.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol is served through our in-house bar service and beverage packages.

Yes. We have 49 on-site parking spaces, plus free street parking nearby.

Yes. Mansion 1886 has an accessible entrance at the side of the venue and renovated restrooms on both levels.

Every rental includes tables, chairs, linens, and setup. Whole-building and weekend Mansion Rooms rentals also include in-stock centerpieces. Optional add-ons such as upgraded linens, additional hours, and more are available to personalize your event.
